📄️ Company Dashboard
When you select a company in SmartDoc, the dashboard switches to display data specific to that client. This focused dashboard allows you to quickly assess the documentation status, expiration alerts, and recent activity for a single client.

The Companies page is your central client directory. Each company has its own isolated space with documents, credentials, assets, and configurations.

The Credentials module is an AES-256 encrypted vault for storing all client passwords, API keys, certificates, and secrets.
📄️ Processes
The Procedures module is a complete runbook and structured task management system. It lets you define business processes with hierarchical tasks, dependencies, conditional logic, and visual progress tracking.
📄️ Changelogs
The Changelogs module tracks and documents all changes made to your clients' infrastructure. Each company can have multiple changelogs organized by type, with detailed entries viewable in timeline, list, or calendar format.
📄️ Websites
The Websites module allows you to monitor and document all your clients' websites. It provides automatic monitoring with HTTP, SSL, domain, DNS, and email security checks, all in a unified interface with configurable alerts.
📄️ Agreements
The Agreements module centralizes the documentation of all contractual commitments between the MSP and its clients. It combines manually entered agreements and those automatically synchronized from ConnectWise Manage into a unified view.
📄️ Media
The Media module is an advanced photo library with built-in AI analysis. It lets you visually document your clients' infrastructure: server rooms, racks, cabling, labels, network diagrams, and more.
